Kangatraining® is more than just sport.
It's an invitation to reconnect with your body, strengthen your core, and take time for yourself – without having to leave your baby behind.
You train with your baby in the carrier – secure, safe, and close to you.
In doing so, you specifically strengthen your pelvic floor, your core, and your confidence in yourself.
Our training is body-friendly, mindful, and designed so you can develop at your own pace in a protected environment. And along the way, new friendships often emerge – because in our community, every mom is welcome, exactly as she is.
How it all began
After the birth of her daughter Pamina, Nicole Pascher wanted to slowly get back into training – but Pamina didn't want to just lie next to her. So Nicole put her in a baby carrier and continued moving. Pamina was content – and fell asleep.
A moment that changed everything: The idea was born for a workout where moms can strengthen themselves – without having to leave their baby behind.
The name "Kangatraining" came shortly after – inspired by Kanga, the kangaroo mom from "Winnie the Pooh," who always carries her baby close to her.
Today, KangaMamas train in over 20 countries – connected through movement, mindfulness, and genuine closeness.

Nicole Pascher – Our Founder
Nicole was born in Vienna in the 70s, lived in New York for several years, and is herself a mother of three children. Her love for movement began in dance: Jazz, Ballet, Modern Dance – at 17, she became European Champion in Modern Dance.
Later, she worked as a Personal Trainer in the USA before specializing in prenatal and postnatal training.
In 2009, she founded Kangatraining® – inspired by a personal experience with her daughter Pamina. Since then, she has personally trained over 2,000 Kangatraining instructors in German-speaking countries and trained with hundreds of moms and babies herself. What Nicole teaches, she lives herself – with joy, passion, and genuine understanding for the challenges of young mothers.

Nicole is, among other things: certified Mindfulness Trainer, Certified FRC® Mobility Specialist, and Master Trainer of the Tupler Technique®
She loves inspiring and empowering young women. In her free time, she is wholeheartedly committed to animal welfare: She trains traumatized dogs and lovingly places them in new families. Her organization "Fritz & Frieda" gives dogs a second chance.
