I already work with mums and mums-to-be as a doula, and it absolutely fills my cup, so when searching for something new to add to my work week, Kanga was the perfect fit. 

When I did Kanga with my first baby, what I loved most was that it gave me a reason to leave the house each week, and it was often the only connection I had with other mums during a usual week.

I hope I can provide that same sense of community for you all as you invest in yourselves and your wellbeing while also still bonding with your baby and getting the sweet relief of a carrier nap (practically guaranteed in Kanga classes!)
